Bundle 4.16.0 imported with empty
region_datasets, which nulled every per-region dataset path in policyengine.py's region registry (national / 51 states / 436 CDs). The generator sources these templates from the release manifest'smetadata.region_datasets, which the populace-us manifest didn't declare.The manifest now declares them (re-tagged in place; national →
populace_us_2024.h5, state →states/{state_code}.h5, district →districts/{district_code}.h5— the state/district artifacts are inherited with their ownpolicyengine-us-data@1.115.5pins). This regenerates the bundle against it.Validation:
