docs(cdp): Update Klaviyo list_profiles to reflect incremental sync support

Changes

Updates the Klaviyo source documentation to reflect that the list_profiles table now supports incremental sync, per PostHog/posthog#69216.

What changed

• Updated the row schema from {list_id, profile_id} to {list_id, profile_id, joined_group_at}
• Removed the outdated statement that list_profiles uses "full refresh sync only"
• Added that incremental sync is now supported on the joined_group_at field (the datetime when the profile most recently joined the list)
• Documented the behavioral caveat: Klaviyo has no removal timestamp, so profiles removed from a list only disappear after a full refresh — incremental syncs pick up new joins and re-joins
