docs: add Stytch data warehouse source

Changes

Adds the source doc for the new Stytch data warehouse connector, which is being added in PostHog/posthog#(see linked PR). Follows the canonical source-doc template (<SourceParameters /> + <SourceTables />, shared snippets, alpha callout).

Why: the Stytch import source ships with docsUrl pointing at /docs/cdp/sources/stytch, so this page needs to exist for the link not to 404.
