docs: add DeepSource data warehouse source

Changes

Adds the user-facing doc for the new DeepSource data warehouse source, following the canonical source-doc template (<SourceParameters /> + <SourceTables />, shared snippets, alpha callout).

The connector itself ships from the PostHog repo (see the companion PR there); its docsUrl points at /docs/cdp/sources/deepsource, matching this filename. audit_source_docs passes for this source.
