docs: add wasabi data warehouse source doc

Changes

Adds the user-facing doc for the new Wasabi data warehouse source, following the canonical warehouse source template (shared snippets, <SourceParameters /> + <SourceTables />, alpha callout).

Companion to PostHog/posthog#72628, which implements the source (sourceId: Wasabi, docsUrl pointing at /docs/cdp/sources/wasabi). The source sets lists_tables_without_credentials = True and ships canonical table/column descriptions, so <SourceTables /> renders the full table catalog once that PR deploys. audit_source_docs passes for wasabi against this checkout.
