docs: add ZapSign data warehouse source docs

Changes

Adds the user-facing doc for the new ZapSign data warehouse source at contents/docs/cdp/sources/zapsign.md, following the canonical source-doc template: alpha-release callout, prerequisites, setup steps, sync modes, webhooks, <SourceParameters /> + <SourceTables />, and troubleshooting.

The connector itself lands in PostHog/posthog (companion PR linked there once open); the source's docsUrl points at /docs/cdp/sources/zapsign, matching this filename. python manage.py audit_source_docs passes for ZapSign with this file in place.

Why: the ZapSign import source ships released (alpha), so it needs its docs page for the in-app links and the public source catalog.
