feat: add OpenAI Ads warehouse source doc

Changes

Adds the source doc for the new OpenAI Ads (ChatGPT Ads Manager) data warehouse connector, following the canonical source-doc template (<SourceParameters /> + <SourceTables />, shared snippets, alpha callout).

Companion to the connector implementation in PostHog/posthog (feat(data-warehouse): implement openai_ads import source). The sourceId (OpenAIAds) and slug (openai-ads) match the source's docsUrl; audit_source_docs passes for this source.
