docs: Add Omni Analytics data warehouse source documentation

Adds documentation for the new Omni Analytics data warehouse source, which was added in PostHog/posthog#73200.

New file

• contents/docs/cdp/sources/omni.md - Documentation for linking Omni Analytics as a data warehouse source

Content includes

• Alpha release banner (source is newly released)
• Overview of Omni Analytics as a BI/analytics platform
• Prerequisites explaining API key types (Organization vs. Personal Access Token)
• Setup instructions with required credentials (Instance URL and API key)
• Sync modes (Documents supports incremental; others are full refresh only)
• Note that Users and UserGroups tables require an Organization API key (Personal Access Tokens don't work for SCIM endpoints)
• Common troubleshooting scenarios
