• Settings > Phone screen > Turn the phone screen off: after 5, 15, 30 or 60 minutes with nothing playing and no music heard (or with listening turned off), a phone plugged in over USB turns its screen off. It comes back on with the next song, or when you turn listening back on. Set it from the PC; it doesn't need to be set on the phone.
• If the phone's own microphone is doing the listening, its screen only turns off while listening is turned off, since a phone with its screen off can't hear the next record.
