Before upgrading to v5, upgrade to previous versions first, and check your app

BREAKING CHANGES:

• scoping (.pds-s-*) has been removed
• css variables are used instead of sass functions, so
  • you cant use sass method on pds colors anymore, because they are now css vars
  • you should not use pds-color(), but if you do, you must quote color names
  • you can search&replace pds-color() using regex:
    • search pds-color\((.*)\)
    • replace var(--pds-color-$1)
    • watch out for scss functions like rgba(var(--pds
  • you should not use pds-theme-color(), but if you do, you must quote color names
  • assuming the definitions are in the 'current' theme, you can search & replace pds-theme-color by:
    • search pds-theme-color\((.*),\s*(.*)\s*\)
    • replace var(--pds-color-$2)
    • watch out for scss functions like rgba(var(--pds
  • secondary colors have changed
  • theme property names have changed:
    • fill-color is now called fill-
    • fill-accent is now called accfill
    • stroke-color is now called stroke
    • stroke-accent is now called accstroke
• sizings are handled more consistently, so
  • breakpoints sm,md and lg are renamed to s,m and l
  • breakpoint s is now 576 instead of 550 and l is 992 instead of 990
• nth($pds-spacings) has changed to pds-spacing(xxx)
  • where xxx is one of none, tiny, xxs, xs, s, default, m, l, xl, xxl, huge;
  • the indexes are the same, but 'huge' was added at the end
  • the list for pds-lineheight(), which already existed, has been extended to match the same elements (with different values)
  • the list of breakpoints for pds-media(), now uses the same elements (with different values, see above)
• themes have been renamed
  • theme corporate is now blue01
  • theme public is now orange01
