+- **Block 2:** Targets Windows Machines where the site‑level setting (**BSOD_Monitoring_Enable_Site**) is explicitly enabled, provided that it has not been overridden and disabled at the individual endpoint level (**BSOD_Monitoring_Enable_Endpoint**).
