Small controls and multiplayer fixes.

  • Fixed the low vertical right-stick sensitivity.
  • Removed the experimental matchmaking-role override. Online play uses the normal search/create flow.
  • Added the PS Vita cross-play server address to the documentation.

Existing config.txt files are kept. New installs create one from config.example.txt.
