Changes

This adds SpruceOS support for the Miyoo Flip.

• Fixed first-run setup failing because the ARMHF APK extractor could not start on SpruceOS.
• Added support for running the extractor and game loader through SpruceOS's included ARMHF runtime.
• Fixed game startup with SpruceOS's kmsdrm display setup.
• Kept the normal launch path on CFWs that already provide the standard ARMHF runtime.

No fresh install is required. Update the port normally. If setup previously failed on SpruceOS, leave game.apk in place and launch the port again.
