Deviload v2.3.0

A tidier interface, a better library and fixes from your reports.

Windows: Deviload-2.3.0-setup.exe, or accept the update prompt in the app.

Mac (test build): accept the update prompt, or take Deviload-2.3.0-macos-test.zip, move it to Applications and run xattr -cr /Applications/Deviload.app once.

Linux (x86_64): Deviload-2.3.0-amd64.deb or Deviload-2.3.0-x86_64.AppImage; the AppImage updates itself.

What's new

• Library: sort by date, size, length or name, group by channel, and switch between large tiles, small tiles and a list; cards show length and size
• A wide link field in the top bar, task rows with the same buttons in every row, and no sideways scrolling in small windows
• Deleted files download again: removing a song from the disk no longer needs the archive option turned off
• Remove works on the first click
• Sending to a phone saves the file with its real name, and Open plays it in the phone's browser
