Deviload v2.4.0

Live stream recording, and sending to a phone works with big files.

Windows: Deviload-2.4.0-setup.exe, or accept the update prompt in the app.

Mac (test build): accept the update prompt, or take Deviload-2.4.0-macos-test.zip, move it to Applications and run xattr -cr /Applications/Deviload.app once.

Linux (x86_64): Deviload-2.4.0-amd64.deb or Deviload-2.4.0-x86_64.AppImage; the AppImage updates itself.

What's new

• Live streams: paste the link and it records, showing the time and size so far. "Stop recording" saves what was recorded as a normal MP4, and a limit from 15 minutes to 24 hours can stop it by itself. A stream that goes off the air or a recording cut off by closing Deviload is saved too
• Sending to a phone no longer breaks off after about 130 KB, the cause of "Couldn't save file" on phones. Thanks to @JanDo1988 for finding and fixing it
