Agent Hub is now a desktop app for Windows and Linux. The hub runs quietly in the background, you sign in with your own account, and your conversations are kept in your Documents folder.

What's new in 1.9

  • Your account: the first time, create an account (username and password). After that you sign in with it.
  • Your token: generate it on the Overview tab, Show and Copy it whenever you need it, and Revoke it if it leaks. One at a time, valid until revoked. The card explains how to use it on other devices and with the API.
  • Chat history in Documents: every conversation is saved as Markdown in Documents/Agent Hub/Conversations, plus messages.jsonl (the hub reloads it if its own data is lost) and context.json. Earlier conversations are copied in the first time.
  • No terminal window: the hub runs in the background on Electron's own Node.js. Closing the window keeps it running in the tray; the tray menu opens the chat history, shares the hub on your local network, starts it when you sign in, and quits.
  • Fixes: the dashboard's install-as-app service worker is allowed by its content security policy.

Upgrading a hub from source: its data/admin-token.txt keeps working until you create the account, then becomes your account's token.
