Releases: PyMoDAQ/pymodaq_plugins_acs_motion

5.3.1

Choose a tag to compare

@jerlfan jerlfan released this 13 Oct 18:10

Summary

  • Homing is now non-blocking, and repeated Home requests are ignored while the homing program is running (a single click on Home ran the homing twice).
  • Stop can now interrupt the homing: it stops the program and halts all the axes. The stages must then be homed again.
  • Relative moves are now computed from the position read on the controller (a relative move right after a homing went to a wrong position).

What's Changed

  • Fix homing: non-blocking, repeated requests ignored, stoppable by @jerlfan in #6

Summary

  • Fix: the initialization no longer overwrites buffer 1 of the controller, which was erasing the homing program.
  • Home now runs the homing program of the controller and waits for its end (all axes are homed at once).
  • Stop now halts the current axis.
  • Units and tolerances are now defined per axis.
  • Requires PyMoDAQ >= 5.3.2.

What's Changed

  • Follow the plugin template: acceptance tests, shared workflows, AGENTS.md by @seb5g in #3
  • Cleanup template todos by @jerlfan in #4
