PRIK 0.5.2

This release updates documentation, examples, and repository tooling. The prik
library code is unchanged from 0.5.1.

• Improve the Reference BLAS example guide
• Improve the LAPACK example guide
• Improve the MINPACK example guide
• Compare the MINPACK example's eight SciPy-exposed solvers with SciPy
• Improve the FFTPACK example guide
• Improve the BSPLINE-FORTRAN example guide
• Improve the Open MPI mpi_f08 tutorial
• Improve the PRIMA example guide
• The README and the documentation homepage now open with a short terminal demo.
• The repository root holds fewer files. Contributor notes moved to
  .github/CONTRIBUTING.md, the pre-push hook to tools/githooks/ (activate it
  with git config core.hooksPath tools/githooks), and the documentation theme
  to tools/mkdocs-theme/. Local builds write prik.egg-info/ to the ignored
  repository root; .artifacts/ still holds the documentation site and
  distributions. Subprocess coverage uses the startup hook that ships with
  coverage, so COVERAGE_PROCESS_START works as before.
