Print a text file to PDF in IBM 1403 retro style.

Options

--filename

Added the possibility to change the file name/path shown on the separator page

--linenum

Added the possibility to print line numbers at the start of each line

Changes

The form field on the separator page mentions SMALL / MEDIUM / WIDE following the chosen form size
