Project management

QQQ 4.0 release. Final 4.0.0 is available. See QQQ 4.0 for release scope and migration guidance.

Use QQQ issues, linked repository issues, and the organization project to coordinate work. Consult the live issue and project state for priorities, milestones, ownership, and configured automation; historical wiki tables are not release commitments.

Track the problem, expected behavior, affected repositories, dependencies, acceptance criteria, and validation evidence. Separate implementation, review, publication, and application acceptance. A merged PR is not the same as a released and verified artifact.

For QQQ 4.0, record exact candidate coordinates and source commits, local and CI checks, QRun's first-party sample/starter acceptance, and final publication evidence. QRun maintainers own release decisions and approvals. Keep deferred production qBits and frontend replacement outside the first train. QQQ 4.0 and Multi-Repo Workflow describe that boundary.

For bugs, provide the exact framework/Java versions and a minimal reproduction. For features, explain the user workflow and compatibility impact. Priorities and response expectations are agreed during triage; no fixed support SLA is established by this page.
