• Update adapter minimums to Pydantic AI 2.46.0, Agents SDK 0.22.3, and LangChain Core 0.3.86.

Upgrade notes

• Enable the new adapter Probe tool with include_probe=True; existing applications keep their three-tool interface by default.
• Install CrewAI and the Agents adapter in separate environments when using their current releases; their provider SDK major requirements differ. For repository native CrewAI tests, use the crewai extra with the test group instead of the dev extra.
• Capability Query can spend credits and is never retried automatically. max_credits is a ceiling, not a reserved quote; review usage and settlement after an uncertain outcome.
