• POMDPs.jl integration for DiscreteDP (package extension, loaded with using POMDPs, POMDPTools): construct a DiscreteDP from a finite POMDPs.MDP, or use DiscreteDPSolver through POMDPs.solve.

Breaking changes

• _lex_min_ratio_test! now returns (found, row_min, resolved). lcp_lemke reports unresolved lexicographic ties with success=false and status=3.
• The broken ECDF alias is removed; use ecdf.
