v0.9.0
Pre-releaseThe release in which reservations nobody came back to can be found. Reserved ARKs
accumulate if left alone — numbers pointing at nothing, unnoticed by anyone.
A count cannot raise an alarm. Ten reserved yesterday is normal; one reserved three
years ago is abandoned. So the signal is age.
Nothing is deleted on a timer. A reserved name is usually already in someone's hands,
and expiring it would quietly make a name they still meant to use unmintable forever —
an irreversible operation should not be fired by a clock.
With this, every open item STATUS.md listed on arkhe's side is closed. What remains is
operational work.

Abandoned reservations can now be found.
arkhe statreports the oldest ARK still reserved (date and age), and
arkhe ark listtakes--older-than N, which together with--state reservedpulls
out reservations nobody ever published.A count cannot raise an alarm. Ten reserved yesterday is normal; one reserved three
years ago is abandoned — piling up shows in the age, not the number.Nothing is deleted on a timer. A reserved name is usually already in someone's
hands — stamping it on a draft is what reserving is for — and expiring it would
quietly make a name they still meant to use unmintable forever. An irreversible
operation should not be fired by a clock: whether to drop it belongs to the
organisation holding the reservation.--older-thanis orthogonal to--state: there will be a day for finding published
ARKs minted three years ago and never touched since.

arkhe statcrashed on SQLite. SQLite has no timezone type, so a column declared
DateTime(timezone=True)comes back naive there while PostgreSQL returns it aware.
The type depended on the engine, and the subtraction raisedTypeErroron one of
them. The domain now attaches UTC before returning — fixing only the CLI would leave the
same hole in the API and the admin page. Attaching it is not a guess: the ledger only
ever writesutcnow().
