• Rewrites every previously B/C-rated browser tool description around its real behavior, prerequisites, state changes, no-op/error cases, results, and sibling-tool selection.
• Replaces the overloaded fable_session feature catalog with an operational lifecycle and explicit read/write, persistence, gate, update, and error semantics.
• Adds accurate MCP annotations, output schemas, and structured results while preserving existing tool names, actions, and inputs.
• Adds contract regressions; full V1 and V2 verification passes.
