v1.2.2: project refactor and minor bug fixes

Teleirc v1.2.2 is a major refactoring of the existing code base. Few user-facing features were changed or added. Most changes in this release are minor bug fixes that affected some users. This release should be a safe upgrade for most people running the bot.

• Refactor Telegram code into smaller sub-classes (#80, props @xforever1313)
• Minor improvements / bug fixes post-refactor (props @thenaterhood @Tjzabel)

Future plans

The next planned release is v1.3 It should bring a few new features requested by others from the last year or two.
