Data-safety hotfix

• Moves Hibiscus's default notes database into an app-specific folder so other unsandboxed macOS apps cannot open or migrate it.
• Safely copies and verifies existing databases during the upgrade while preserving the original files.
• Stops in recovery instead of showing an empty database or inserting welcome notes if a migrated store is unexpectedly empty.
