Updates that fail for a moment no longer wait a day.
Updates: started straight from a zip just unpacked, Anabolic is read by SmartScreen and the virus scanner for a few seconds, and meanwhile Windows does not let the update move it aside: the install failed, and with Install automatically it waited for the next day's check. Now the update waits up to ten seconds for such a file, and an install that still fails is tried again after a minute, five and thirty. The bar says when it tries again before why it failed, so a long path in the reason no longer hides the rest.
Coming from 0.2.0 or 0.1.1: these update themselves to this release. If the install fails once, Update and restart in the bar tries again at once. Coming from 0.1.0, download the Windows zip once and replace anabolic.exe with the one inside.

Note
This release is not code-signed yet, so Windows SmartScreen may warn on first run: choose More info → Run anyway, or build it from source. On PCs with Smart App Control on, Windows blocks unsigned programs outright.
