Feature description

Add gitlab links/repositories as a compatible source for patches.

Motivation

I've tried adding the gitlab patches as a source for patches in revanced manager, it doesn't seem to work. Would be helpful if this was added especially with the recent repository delays on GitHub.

ReVanced Manager uses ReVanced API, and ReVanced API can point to a gitlab source. So if you want to consume patches from GitLab, you can deploy the API pointing to gitlab/craft the json URLs like https://api.revanced.app/v5/patches to point to gitlab. This abstracts manager from a central source like gitlab into a transformable endpoint like the API
