bug: YouTube video quality resolution

Bug description

When playing a video, it suddenly lags and the video quality automatically drops to 480p, making it can't click or change anything, this happens frequently, after try "Go to settings, turn off the quality, switch from automatic to manual" it doesn't work, when it's set to 1080p, the video suddenly lags for a few seconds and the video quality changes to 360p, only the display quality is 1080p, you can see in the picture

Android : 13
YouTube version after patch : 20:40:45
