Real Wave MCP for GoHighLevel

Listed on mcpservers.org

Your AI assistant, running your GoHighLevel. Connect Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, VS Code, Claude Code or Codex to Real Wave, then ask for the outcome in plain English. It builds the workflow natively in your account, deploys it, and confirms its own work in the GoHighLevel builder.

What you can ask for

"Text every new lead within a minute, and if they have not replied by morning, follow up automatically."

"When someone no-shows, wait an hour, send a friendly rebook link, and let my team know."

"Two days after a deal closes, ask for a Google review by text."

Those are not to-do lists or Zap-style relays. They become real GoHighLevel automations, with the triggers, messages, waits and branches, created natively in your account and ready to open in your own builder.

It also runs the CRM around them: updating opportunities, moving contacts, analysing conversations, managing CloseBot agents, drafting social posts, scoring leads and generating images. One connection, from whichever assistant you already have open.

Why this one

Official HighLevel MCP Zapier / Make style connectors Real Wave
Read and update CRM records Yes Yes Yes
Build a native GoHighLevel workflow No No Yes
Confirm the build in the GoHighLevel builder No No Yes

Two facts sit behind that table, and both are HighLevel's own.

There is no public GoHighLevel API that creates or edits a workflow definition. That is why "Workflow CRUD via API" is still an open request on HighLevel's ideas board, and it is why no connector and no other MCP server can author one. Real Wave's agents author them natively.

And on checking the work, HighLevel's documentation for its own Workflow AI Builder says it plainly:

AI cannot test workflows. Perform manual tests.

That is the correct, cautious thing for a platform to say. It is also the gap. Every workflow node Real Wave writes is read back and confirmed in the GoHighLevel builder. It opens, it populates, it runs.

Setup

Server URL

https://mcp.realwave.com/mcp

  3. Click Connect, sign in with your Real Wave account, and press Allow.

Your agents appear in the chat.

  2. Choose Create / Add custom connector, paste the server URL above, and pick OAuth.

Manus, and other apps that use a token

A few apps connect with a token instead of signing in.

  1. Copy your personal connect token from Real Wave, under Settings > API Keys.
  2. Copy the server URL above.
  3. Paste both into your AI app's connection settings.

Signing in is safer than pasting keys, and access can be revoked in one click.

About

Real Wave is a hosted service, not a self-hosted server: there is nothing here to clone, install or run. This repository exists so the MCP server is findable, and so the setup instructions live somewhere you can link to.

Real Wave works with GoHighLevel and CloseBot. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by HighLevel Inc. GoHighLevel and HighLevel are trademarks of their respective owner.
