Setting Up Account Plans

Flying Fleet comes pre-configured with the standard Swiss Account Plan. You can select your preferred language during setup.

Setting Up Your Own Account Plan

Before you begin, ensure your custom account plan is formatted correctly for Flying Fleet. More details follow.

• Option 1 Go to Setup > Account Plans > Remove all.

Import: Use the displayed template as a guide and copy it into an Excel spreadsheet. Add your custom data to the spreadsheet. Select your entire completed table, paste it into the import field, and click Import.

• Option 2 Go to Setup > Account Plans > Remove all. Go to Repair Account Plans > Account Plan Excel File > select Accounts Language "German" > click Import.

Note: Option 2 imports the entire Excel file directly into the system.

You are free to add, modify and delete each account individually later on.
