v2.7.0 for Minecraft 1.15 - 1.21.3

What's Changed

⚠️BREAKING CHANGES⚠️ Due to the below change, all past items will break, you will need to regenerate all physical command items. The below change also makes it easier to maintain the plugin since NBT-API is no longer a reliance when a Minecraft Version increment occurs.

• Switch from NBT-API -> PDC by @IllusionTheDev in #70
• Fixes CommandItem's not showing their name or lore (but still being able to execute commands) on versions above 1.20.5.
• Now the CommandItem's Display Name is shown when running the give command.

• Drop NBT-API Library, instead use a new library (MorePersistentDataTypes)
