v0.4.7 β€” Calendar says when Gracie wasn't let in

Choose a tag to compare

@itkujo itkujo released this 25 Sep 17:55
d370112

πŸ› Fixed

  • The calendar now tells you when Gracie wasn't let in. If Gracie sat in a meeting's waiting room and nobody admitted her, the calendar shows a red Not Admitted badge instead of "Needs Review". No more opening the meeting just to find out it was never recorded. Meetings that genuinely need a look still say Needs Review. (#144)

Tip: admit Gracie when she asks to join, or turn on automatic admission for your meetings, so they get recorded.

v0.4.6: No more "Requires Review" badges

Choose a tag to compare

@itkujo itkujo released this 24 Sep 06:38
dc3fda9

πŸ’„ Improvements

  • No more "Requires Review" badges. Uploaded files and meeting summaries now just show as Ready. The badge had no way to act on it, so it's gone, including from the 368 documents that had it. (#143)
  • Uploading is one step shorter. The upload window no longer asks you to pick a Status. (#143)

v0.4.5 β€” A Support tab for everyone

@itkujo itkujo released this 16 Sep 19:19
0805bf4

v0.4.5 β€” A Support tab for everyone

✨ New

  • Support tab in the sidebar. Tell the team when something isn't working, when Gracie couldn't do what you asked, or share an idea.

    • Works in any browser.
    • Automatically includes the page you were on.
    • Lets you follow the status of your requests.

    Admins work requests from Settings β†’ Support and get a bell notification for each new one.

  • New "Opportunity" document type when uploading. Files go into each client's Opportunities folder.

πŸ’„ Improved

  • The "Offline" label under your name is gone. It only described calendar syncing and was easy to misread; admins still see calendar-sync status.

v0.4.4 β€” Clear alerts when the AI account needs attention

Choose a tag to compare

@itkujo itkujo released this 16 Sep 17:56
8a41843

v0.4.4 β€” Clear alerts when the AI account needs attention

πŸ’„ Improved

  • Plain-language AI account alerts. If Gracie's AI account runs out of credits or its key stops working, alerts and the Pipeline page now say so plainly and tell an admin what to fix, instead of a generic "generation failed". Admins get one email per hour about a credits outage, not one per meeting. (#140)

v0.4.3 β€” Works better with a zoomed-in screen

Choose a tag to compare

@itkujo itkujo released this 16 Sep 17:15
8af33b1

v0.4.3 β€” Works better with a zoomed-in screen

Many of us run our displays zoomed in (for example 150% on a 1920Γ—1200 screen). Gracie now fits properly.

πŸ› Fixed

  • Sign Out and My Settings stay on screen. The menu above them scrolls instead of pushing them off the bottom.
  • Home: the chat box no longer gets squeezed. When space is tight, the conversation list tucks behind a Conversations button, and the Daily Sync tiles move below the chat on narrower screens.
  • Documents: the file list no longer disappears between the folders and the preview. On zoomed screens the preview opens over the file browser, with a close button.

v0.4.2 β€” Version in the top bar + a tidier roadmap

Choose a tag to compare

@itkujo itkujo released this 16 Sep 16:49
bebc8c9

v0.4.2 β€” Version in the top bar + a tidier roadmap

πŸ’„ Improved

  • Version number moved to the top bar, next to the light/dark toggle and notifications. Click it to see what's new; a dot means there's an update you haven't looked at. (#137)
  • The roadmap opens on the work still ahead. Settings β†’ Roadmap now hides completed phases, shipped rows, and the build log by default. Use Show completed to see everything, and the page remembers your choice. (#137)

v0.4.1 β€” Alpha roadmap + a sign-in fix

Choose a tag to compare

@itkujo itkujo released this 16 Sep 16:07
3c6ed68

v0.4.1 β€” Alpha roadmap + a sign-in fix

πŸ’„ Improved

  • The roadmap in Settings β†’ Roadmap shows the Alpha v0.4.0 rollup and what's next: upload client picker and a single client list, then Allie's asks, sign-in reliability, SharePoint sync, activity reports, Gracie SMS, Beta and launch. (#135)

πŸ› Fixed

  • The What's New page requires sign-in on its own. Signed-out requests previously received the changelog text before the login redirect. (#136)

v0.4.0 β€” Alpha: Gracie runs your meetings end to end

@itkujo itkujo released this 16 Sep 15:52
2f6303f

v0.4.0 β€” Alpha: Gracie runs your meetings end to end

Everything shipped since v0.3.2, rolled up as the Alpha release. From now on, the running version shows in the sidebar, and What's New in the app lists every change.

✨ New

  • Version number + What's New page. The sidebar shows v0.4.0 Β· Alpha, with a dot when something new ships. (#134)
  • A page for every meeting: recording, click-to-jump transcript, screen-share snapshots, generated documents, and a live transcript during the call. (#69, #78, #79, #80, #104)
  • Gracie joins every meeting with a Teams link. Send her in manually, ask her to leave or pause, or say "Gracie, action item…". (#87, #90, #94, #97, #99, #109)
  • Home is your assistant, with today's meetings, your tasks, and what needs attention. (#83, #102, #118)
  • Assistant: pin chats, voice input, task Q&A and CSV export, save output to Documents. (#108, #126, #130)
  • Task Board redesigned per client and focused on the last meeting, with merge and bulk delete. (#88, #89, #106, #122, #123, #127)
  • Clients split into four tabs (Clients, Partners, Past clients, Prospective), with logos and a Meetings tab. (#91, #93, #116)
  • Calendar: week and work-week views, agenda beside the calendar, per-user time zones. (#85, #92, #103, #105, #119, #113)
  • Outlook contacts import (opt-in). (#121, #128)
  • New look: light and dark mode, plus your brand logo. (#74, #73, #86, #95, #98)
  • Choose the AI provider and model for meeting notes. (#115, #120)
  • Pipeline activity view showing every meeting's status. (#67)

πŸ’„ Improved

  • "Never admitted" status. Meetings Gracie wasn't let into no longer look like errors. (#131)
  • Events marked Private in Outlook are never recorded or shown. (#132)
  • Clear "session expired" prompt that returns you to the same page, plus proper sign-in errors across the app. (#133)
  • Documents: richer previews, resizable panes, an automatic folder for each client, an explicit Submit step, and automatic image compression. (#62–#66, #72, #110, #117, #124, #125)
  • Daily Sync email v2. (#68, #84)
  • Meeting videos kept 6 months. (#107)
  • Option to hide health scores. (#82)
  • All staff can upload documents. Role change, no code.

πŸ› Fixed

  • Stuck meetings self-heal. (#76, #114)
  • Ghost-meeting guard and "don't record" list. (#111)
  • Leftover prompt text removed from generated docs. (#70)
  • Busy calendar months load reliably. (#77)
  • Page padding fixes. (#81)
  • Sign-in checks tightened. A client data endpoint (/api/clients/:id/operations) was missing its sign-in check. (#133)

πŸ”§ Release process

Releases are now numbered, planned, and deployed one at a time, so any problem can be traced to a single version and rolled back.

v0.3.2 β€” Make the morning Daily Sync your own

Choose a tag to compare

@itkujo itkujo released this 27 Jul 18:55
f282cfb

v0.3.2 β€” Make the morning Daily Sync your own

✨ New

  • Edit the daily sync email yourself. From the new Settings β†’ Daily Sync tab, admins can rewrite the morning email's wording and layout using simple shortcodes like {todays_meetings} and {at_risk_clients} β€” no developer, no deploy. The header/footer styling stays intact; you control the content and its order, and one click resets any change back to default.
  • Turn on Gracie's AI briefing. Optionally add an AI-written narrative to the email that ties the day together β€” today's meetings and their history, at-risk clients, and last week's open to-dos β€” composed only from your own data, never anything from the web. It's off by default, and if the AI ever hiccups the email still goes out with the standard sections.

πŸ’„ Improvements

  • All the daily-sync controls in one place. The new Daily Sync tab gathers the schedule (send hour, on/off), the pre-meeting-briefs toggle, and the at-risk threshold that used to live under Notifications.
  • Send yourself a test. Preview the exact email β€” including the AI briefing β€” delivered to just you, before it reaches the team at 6 AM.

Nothing changes until an admin edits the template or turns the AI on β€” the daily sync looks exactly as it does today out of the box.

v0.3.1 β€” Tune how Gracie writes your notes

Choose a tag to compare

@itkujo itkujo released this 27 Jul 13:29
d546254

v0.3.1 β€” Tune how Gracie writes your notes

✨ New

  • Edit Gracie's writing instructions yourself. Admins can now open Settings β†’ Generation Prompts and reword how Gracie writes each of the six post-meeting documents β€” the post-meeting analysis, internal memo, client summary, task checklist, and both email drafts. Change the tone or what each one covers, hit Save, and the next meeting Gracie processes uses your version β€” no developer and no deploy needed. Every prompt has a one-click Reset to default if you want to go back. (#60)

πŸ’„ Improvements

  • Settings is now tabbed. The growing list of admin sections β€” Users, Company, Meeting Bot, Notifications, Automations, Scoring, Generation Prompts, AI Model, and API Settings β€” is laid out as tabs instead of one long stack, so you can jump straight to the section you want. (#60)

Nothing changes until an admin actually edits a prompt β€” every document is written exactly as before out of the box.
