- Fixed ORXA orchestration mode incorrectly activating - Orchestration mode now only activates via slash command, not on normal messages
- Fixed supermemory context triggering false orchestration detection - Detector now correctly identifies user messages vs injected context
- Fixed subagent delegation fields - Updated to use 'prompt' field for 6-section content and 'description' for short titles
- Fixed agent detection for subagents - Subagents no longer inherit ORXA write restrictions

- Optimized session loading - Skip expensive API calls for subagents, reducing delegation startup from minutes to seconds

- Added slash command support - 8 new commands: /orchestrate, /validate, /refactor, /explain, /test, /debug, /commit, /search
- Automatic command installation - Commands copied to ~/.config/opencode/command/ during postinstall
Changes
- Simplified 6-section template validation (warning only)
- Updated postinstall to preserve user model overrides
- Removed summary validation from delegation enforcer
- Updated all agent YAMLs with improved instructions
