Cache fixes
- Visible estimated countdown after the first cacheable request.
- Cache colors follow the countdown. Red flashing begins only after estimated expiry.
- Context tooltip opens reliably and stays visible at different display scales.

Verified with 95 local tests, browser UI checks, and Windows and macOS installer checks.

Windows Desktop
After installing, launch the new Desktop features with:
codex-zero desktop --providers
Open Settings > Agent > Context cache to configure idle refreshes. They start turned off.
The Desktop additions are for Windows. CLI packages remain available for Windows x64, Intel Mac, and Apple silicon Mac.
