Changes
- Removed the dependency on godotpcktool executable and now instead this uses a pure C# implementation of the feature
- Added a feature to specify LD_PRELOAD for Thrive on Linux which should allow Harmony-based mods to work but this is not fully verified
- There is no longer a command prompt window that opens on Windows for a little bit when playing a devbuild
- Updated code checking tools and test SDK
- Updated translations
