First release.

Browse Steam game recordings and screenshots in one place, with a built-in
player. Steam saves clips as DASH fragment streams rather than video files, so
they are stream-copied into a playable MP4 on first play and cached after that.

• All Media view across every game, newest first
• Filters for drive and date, adjustable preview size
• Recordings and screenshots grouped by game, with names and art read from the
  local Steam install
• Folders follow the Steam config or a custom list, so media split across
  drives is scanned together

Requires ffmpeg on PATH, or pointed at in Settings.

The installer is unsigned, so SmartScreen will warn on first run. Choose More
info, then Run anyway.
