Maintenance release.

What's new

• AI-dependent actions (hands-free cooking, recipe generation, AI training plan) are now gated on a usable AI provider — cloud provider with an API key, or the on-device model downloaded. When none is configured they show a clear "Set up an AI provider in Settings" hint instead of failing or hanging.

Setup after install (unchanged)

• Download the Voice Pack (~266 MB) in Settings → Voice for hands-free cooking.
• Pick an AI provider (Claude/OpenAI/Gemini/Groq + key, or the on-device local model) in Settings → AI Provider.
• Optional offline Nutrition Pack on the nutrition-pack-v1 release.
