Performance release.

What's new

• Hands-free cooking starts much faster. The on-device voice engine (~234 MB of Whisper + TTS models) is now loaded once per app run and reused across cook sessions instead of being reloaded every time — so repeat sessions start almost instantly. The engine also warms up in the background when you open a recipe, so the first cook doesn't wait on the load either. (Also fixes a background-isolate leak.)

Includes the v1.0.1 change: AI-dependent actions are gated on a usable AI provider.
