Standalone Stat Maker v3 - DESeq2 3-way comparison (Bait1 + Bait2 + Vector,
specificity contrast) plus the original Bayesian/MCMC method via JAGS,
reverted to the pre-1.6-0 model (identifiability fixed for single-replicate
baits - see r_scripts/deepn_bayesian_src/README.md in the source tree).
Requires JAGS 4.x installed separately (the app's own "Verify R + JAGS
Installation" button walks through this) - CRAN's rjags rejects JAGS 5.x,
so Homebrew's jags formula won't work; use the official installer.
