Standalone build of Stat Maker - matches the copy bundled inside DEEPN 26v7 (see that release's notes for what's new).

Assets

  • StatMaker_26v7_macOS.zip - the app (unzip and run, self-contained)
  • lists_data.zip - hg38GeneList.prn and mm10GeneList.prn, excluded from the git repo (exceed GitHub's 100MB file limit). Only needed if building/running from source - unzip into lists/. Already included inside the prebuilt app bundle above.
