Release list
Pied Web UX 1.8.19
Fixes the unread Draft reminder that could remain visible after sending an edited draft. The successful background-send event now invalidates any older in-flight Drafts response and reloads the authoritative folder state. Includes a fictional browser regression; no real mail transport is used.
Pied Web UX 1.8.18
The reader reminder clock now uses the same borderless icon pipeline, optical size, stroke and action geometry as the surrounding Reply, Mark unread, Archive and Delete controls. Reminder and mailbox behavior are unchanged.\n\nVerified with the fictional reader fixture, 30 browser checks, 5 Python tests, a 58/58 production install check and an 80/80 read-only production audit.
Pied Web UX 1.8.17
Mail reminders now defer one message, a conversation or a selection into a visible IMAP Reminders folder, then return it to Inbox unread at the chosen time through piedwebmailscheduler 1.1.0. The release also includes the composer geometry, hierarchy, accessibility and responsive refinements prepared alongside it. No message content or recipient metadata is stored outside IMAP.
Pied Web UX 1.8.14
Cc and Cci now sit directly below the To input as quiet, right-aligned text controls. Each shortcut disappears when its native field opens, returns when that field closes, and preserves the native advanced-fields menu, keyboard focus, mobile targets and theme restoration.
Pied Web UX 1.8.13
Ctrl/Command-click selection now carries the already-open message into the checked group before adding the clicked row. Includes the targeted regression, deployment record, rollback path, and the complete recoverable payload.
Pied Web UX 1.8.12
Keeps the current note and signature visible in Outlook forwards, then folds from the real ruled From/Sent/To/Subject header. Broad dir=ltr mail wrappers no longer absorb labels and line breaks from nested history, while the 1.8.11 whole-message safety guard remains in place.
Pied Web UX 1.8.11
Keeps a whole Outlook-shaped message visible when its four-field header starts the body. Trailing Outlook history still uses the native quote disclosure when real visible current content precedes it; hidden preheaders and tracking markup no longer make the message disappear.
Pied Web UX 1.8.10
Keeps visibly unread Inbox roots in one oldest-first block, then groups conversations whose root is read but an older member remains unread, before fully read rows. This preserves native read indicators and actions and adds no network or IMAP work.
Pied Web 1.8.9
Pied Web 1.8.6.1
Adds a per-account choice for how the Inbox mixed order handles a message that becomes read. Mode 1 is the default and keeps the row in place until refresh; mode 2 reorders it only after the reader leaves, while keeping the newly opened row anchored. See CHANGELOG.md and docs/UNREAD_ORDER.md for scope and validation.
