Pied Web UX 1.8.12

Keeps the current note and signature visible in Outlook forwards, then folds from the real ruled From/Sent/To/Subject header. Broad dir=ltr mail wrappers no longer absorb labels and line breaks from nested history, while the 1.8.11 whole-message safety guard remains in place.
