This application is a mobile-first business system for managing collaborators working for a mining company in remote operations. It tracks:

• people under contract or eligible to return,
• collaborator work journeys,
• mine-well production,
• gold prices,
• price lists for mercantile goods and services,
• earnings accruals,
• expenses,
• current-account balances in both Real and grams of gold,
• projected earnings through the end of the current journey,
• journey closeout and payout.

The target stack is:

• Backend: Golang + Fiber
• Database: SQLite + GORM
• Frontend: React, mobile-first, desktop-capable
• Architecture style: modular monolith with clean domain boundaries
