v0.95.1 - accessibility sounds fix

Windows portable build (x64) of OpenRCT2-Access.

How to use: unzip anywhere and run openrct2.exe. You still need your original RollerCoaster Tycoon 2 game files. nvdaControllerClient64.dll is bundled so NVDA speaks out of the box.

This patch ships the accessibility sounds that were missing from v0.95. The custom footstep, terraform, drowning and object-placement cues were never being deployed into the game's data folder, so v0.95 (and earlier) played none of them. They are now included, so you will hear footsteps as you move around the map, terraform cues while raising/lowering land, and so on.

If you don't hear footsteps after updating, check the step-sound mode in the accessibility options window — it must not be set to off.
