1.0 • The basics

This moves the EssentiallyAString protocol out of the Special String repo and into its own, so people can use it without needing to depend on SpecialString as well.

This also adds StringProtocol as a required protocol for EssentiallyAString conformance, and synthesizes all its requirements as well. If you need specialized implementations of any of this protocol’s requirements, you’re encouraged to implement those requirements yourself rather than rely on the inlined synthesized versions.
