1.3 • Splitting out `EssentiallyAString`

The EssentiallyAString protocol has been moved to its own package: https://github.com/KyNorthstar/Swift-EssentiallyAString

This allows devs who want to use that protocol to do so without needing to depend on SpecialString.

EssentiallyAString will remain exported from this package until version 2, when it will no longer be exported and you'll have to import it seprately.

That means you can continue to use EssentallyAString just by importing SpecialString for now, but in the future you'll also have to import EssentiallyAString in order to use EssentiallyAString.
