PhysioMetrics Desktop 0.3.0 — Windows lab prerelease

PhysioMetrics Desktop 0.3.0 is an unsigned Windows x64 prerelease for lab testing.
Download PhysioMetrics-0.3.0-win-x64.exe, run the installer, and launch PhysioMetrics from the Desktop or Start menu. The analysis engine is included; Python is not required. Windows may show an unrecognized-app/publisher warning because the installer is not code signed.
This candidate brings together the project workspace and shared file browser, Spike2 and Neuropixels integration, refined light/dark themes and splash/welcome screens, and recovery handling for interrupted work. Recording opens now show activity even when a measured progress percentage is unavailable.
Recordings are processed locally. Optional usage statistics and performance diagnostics can be disabled on the welcome screen or later in Help; they do not include recordings, filenames or conversations.
Known limitations:
- Large recordings on shared drives may take time to open or navigate. Whole-recording local caching is not included. A complete local copy, including referenced companion files, may improve performance.
- This is for lab validation before a stable release. Save regularly and retain original recordings.
- Windows x64 is the validated platform for this candidate. This release does not offer macOS or Linux installers.
- Download subsequent prereleases from the software page; the stable automatic-update channel does not select prereleases.
Packaged loading, file-browser and splash/startup-cancel checks passed. Frontend build/typecheck, headless build and 1,183 unit tests passed.
