Adds a persistent independent Dashboard RME circle with centered RME wordmark and default-on settings toggle. Preserves native Dashboard progress/time gauges. Displays the readable INDX head without waiting for session sync, with confirmed-selection checks on heater writes. Hides routine mid-print filtration while preserving errors and post-print filtration. Validated with 210 Python tests and four JavaScript suites. FSR maximum-height and mode-aware ETA fixes remain outstanding.
