Fix repeated filament synchronization writes when a spool color name differs from the printer shared RGB palette label. Fix serial-start resend loop

• Do not inject priority progress updates while OctoPrint is Starting, resuming, canceling, or otherwise outside stable Printing/Paused states. Check again at the queue boundary.
• Fixes the reported progress frame displacing M110 N0 and causing repeated Resend: 1, followed by OctoPrint's emergency stop.
• Includes b111's SpoolManager filament-sync Apply controls and centered optional print tool-mapping modal, plus b110 Dashboard connection/grid fixes.

Validation: 233 Python tests (4 skipped); seven UI suites passed for the included UI changes. Hardware retest still required.

Update using OctoPrint Software Update's Beta channel and restart OctoPrint. If already stopped by M112, clear the printer's stopped state using its normal reset/restart procedure and reconnect before retrying. Do not disable checksum or line-number validation.

Filament sync and centered print mapping

• Put Apply filament mapping to printer and Use printer filament mapping directly in the SpoolManager integration panel, with pending-sync feedback.
• Keep pre-print tool mapping separate in a centered, scrollable modal. Saved-default mode does not open it automatically; explicit review remains available.
• Retain material validation and explicit print continuation. Filament/spool sync does not start a print.
• Includes b110's disconnected/non-RME Dashboard icon visibility and grid alignment fixes.

Validation: 232 Python tests (4 skipped) and all seven JavaScript UI suites passed. Physical-printer and browser-theme verification remain recommended.

Inline mapping editors and Dashboard fixes

• Tool mapping opens in the RME tab, not a persistent top-of-screen notification. The navbar links to the editor instead of applying defaults.
• Graphical spool mapping is inline on the same page, with a Save and apply spool mapping button. Tool mapping has its own Save and apply tool mapping — continue print action, so spool assignment does not accidentally start a job.
• Keep material validation and explicit print confirmation. Fix the spool save button staying enabled after changes were saved.
• Hide the Dashboard RME gauge when disconnected or connected to a non-RME printer; reconnecting restores one gauge.
• Remove extra flex layout/padding so the gauge follows Dashboard's native vertical spacing; restore native fan placement when removed.

Validation: 232 Python tests (4 skipped) and all seven JavaScript UI suites passed. Browser interaction and layout should still be checked with your Dashboard theme.
